3. Always check the permit. If anything in our files or alert sheet differs from your permit or posted signs, the permit and posted signs control.

4. No warranty. Our files are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navigation Nation, Blue Grass Escort, and their owners and staff are not liable for any loss, damage, fine, citation, delay, injury, or claim arising from use of our files or alert sheets, including off-route travel or bridge, utility, or property strikes.
